Free F Gas Training on site for 1 person

The new F Gas legislation is forcing many users to consider updating their existing A/C equipment, because it either no longer performs efficiently or lacks the essential functions now required. All A/C stations must now have a current Certificate of Conformity as a legal requirement. The Smartcharge fulfils all these requirements and is a step change in A/C technology, improving efficiency, ease of use and fully complying now with the current and anticipated requirements. Upgrade the data and software by a simple memory card swap.

Advanced features
4 fully automatic programmes:- database driven full service, manual entry automatic, single operation and Smartcharge. This unique programme uses the inbuilt logic to determine how quickly a full service can be carried out by analysing the amount of refrigerant recovered and the depth of vacuum reached. This can reduce the service times by up to 50% boosting productivity and profit and minimising that late afternoon backlog waiting for an Air Con service.

SAE J 2788 is the new EU requirement for A/C stations soon to be mandatory, setting a minimum standard for recovery of refrigerant, accuracy of the scales and ease of calibration. We already achieve this standard, why buy a unit that does not comply and will need replacing that much sooner. Check this out before you purchase!
Hybrid vehicle Programme. It is essential to flush any PAG oil from the hoses / connectors etc of the A/C station prior to working with electronic compressors as PAG oil contamination can cause insulation breakdown and danger from electric shocks during servicing. The Smartcharge has a Toyota approved oil flushing programme which clears PAG oil in the hoses before using POE oil on Hybrid vehicles. Electronic compressors will become common in the next few years so buy for the future.

Customer vehicle details entered and recorded with a full report provided on the display and a print out on completion, with the recovery and filling amounts and the level of vacuum reached. on the print-out.
Automatically records usage data, refrigerant usage is stored and recalled for each month up to one year…essential for complying with current legislation which requires a hazardous waste record to be maintained. The memory recalls and automatically prints the previous month’s usage on the 1st of each month. Unauthorised use can be easily monitored.

I Drive simple control for functions and data input, on screen display prompts user actions, shows current data, and recalls all data which may be printed upon completion (multiple copies if required). Memory card database for cars, vans & trucks..
Totally automatic no manual taps, includes programmed automatic replacement of UV dye and PAG oil.
Automatic leak check and cut-off if correct vacuum is not achieved within 4 minutes, saving more time! Simple single operation menu for recovery, charging, filling of the internal bottle and recovery from the hoses.
Recovered oil amount is logged and this is automatically replaced together with dye during the cycle. Additional amounts of oil can be programmed in if required. for replacement condensers or compressors.
Large capacity compressor & Vac pump make recovery and vacuuming so much quicker, why not compare its performance to you own equipment. The large 20 KG tank takes a standard bottle in a single fill!
Components are manufactured within Europe and the USA and are of superior quality – extended warranty on the major components is included. Many well known makes use Asian or Chinese major components to save manufacturing costs.

Flushing-an optional flushing kit can be preinstalled internally or may be added externally as a retrofit. Many prestige car manufacturers now require this feature as a standard operation after a compressor replacement under warranty. The software includes 2 dedicated flushing programmes which are OEM approved Suitable adaptors will be required, either OEM or as an adaptor kit sold separately. We also provide a hose flushing programme when switching between hybrid and standard vehicles.
Training and certification for all users is a mandatory requirement under the new DEFRA F-GAS legislation and is essential to purchase refrigerant. We can train and assess to an IMI refrigerant handling qualification, either on site or at our training school. Please note existing Dealer standard ,PAZ, C&G, CITB and IMI qualifications are only valid with EC 307/2008 on the certificate, prior qualifications to this are not valid for F Gas Call us for more information 07767896339 Servicing and repair

We have over 18 years experience in the repair and servicing of Air Con equipment and we have 90% of our older A/C stations still in operation after 10 years in service, due to reliability, efficient repair and maintenance. Our nationwide team of engineers will provide prompt & efficient service & support and are only a phone call away.
Whole life cost Why compromise on performance, reliability and ease of use when a better quality A/C station will also cost less over its whole life than a cheap inferior model which may break down often and have a shorter life. It is false economy to purchase a cheap machine if it only lasts a few years, is unreliable and slow to use. Which A/C station is cheaper?
Leak detection We can supply an accessory pack from a range including UV lamp & dye, a quality electronic leak detector, spring-lock tools, nitrogen pressure kit, thermometer, and PPE (gloves and goggles included)
